1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 Business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, product drops), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship from Arizona in the United States.

Estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method selected.

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect once the package is scanned by the shipping carrier.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked complete

However, we will do our best to assist with claims or tracking issues. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier first.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide to most countries. International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • VAT
  • Import taxes

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

8. Pre-Orders or Backorders (if applicable)

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, your full order will ship once all items are in stock, unless otherwise specified. Estimated dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.
