Refund & Return Policy

At NightMarket, your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 5 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

✅ Non TCG product (Pokemon, One-Piece, MTG, Weis Schwarz, etc.)

✅ Item is unused and in its original condition

✅ Item is in original packaging with all tags or seals intact

✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of some products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on the following:

❌ All TCG's are not available for refunds

❌ Opened trading card packs or individual trading cards

❌ Customized or personalized items

❌ Clearance or final sale items

❌ Gift cards or digital products

❌ Plushies or toys that have been used or show signs of wear

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at nightmktstore@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item, if applicable (e.g., damaged/defective items)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error.
  • Trackable Shipping Recommended: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].

Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary)
  • Still no luck? Contact us at nightmktstore@gmail.com

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 5 of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at nightmktstore@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped yet. Contact us ASAP at nightmktstore@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. International Orders

Returns from outside of the United States are accepted, but customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
