Thank you for shopping at NightMarket! We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our Pre-Order Policy for details on how we handle pre-order available products.

1. Pre-Order Terms

• The price paid at the time the preorder is placed is the final purchase price. We do not offer price adjustments, refunds, or credits if the market price decreases after your order is placed. 

• Preorders may not be canceled once placed. If we agree to a cancellation, any applicable payment-processing and/or restocking fees will be deducted from the refund. 

• Release dates and fulfillment times are estimates and may be affected by supplier or shipping delays. 

• By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Pre-Order Release & Shipping

• All pre-orders will ship within two (2) weeks of the release date stated in the product description.

• Release dates are subject to change due to supplier or manufacturer updates.

3. Combined Orders

• If pre-order items are purchased along with other products in the same order, all items will ship together within 2 weeks of the the anticipated release date.

• To receive non-pre-order items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders; one for pre-order items and another for non-pre-order items.

4. Price Adjustments

• Prices for Pokémon TCG products are subject to change due to market fluctuations.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Pre-orders are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds or Cancellations are subject to processing fees and restocking fees.
