1. Pre-Order Release & Shipping

All pre-orders will ship within two (2) weeks of the release date stated in the product description.

Release dates are subject to change due to supplier or manufacturer updates.

2. Combined Orders

If pre-order items are purchased along with other products in the same order, all items will ship together within 2 weeks of the the anticipated release date.

To receive non-pre-order items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders; one for pre-order items and another for non-pre-order items.

3. Price Adjustments

Prices for Pokémon TCG products are subject to change due to market fluctuations.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Pre-orders are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds or Cancellations are subject to processing fees and restocking fees.
